brilliant.
the sidechained bass is done well, and its a great bassline
melodies and mood/atmosphere are absolutely top class
love the little touches in the background too
breakbeats are a bit more subdued than yours and tyler c's trademark, but i don't think that sound would have fitted this, these breaks go perfectly with it.
rocks. |

This is Brilliant stuff, definately releasable. One of the best tracks I have heard on these boards lately. I love the little sequence that you use underneath the lead, that is sheer brilliance.
The bass is also very deep and driving. There really are no pointers here. This track could have been on the Ibiza cd of Armin van Buuren. It reminds a bit of Tilt - The world doesn't know which also was an A class track.
:eyes: great track! |

very nice track, mate
the ambience and melody together is just great, one of your best works, in my opinion,
top quality;) |

nice mellow track, nice flow and very well produced,
the melody though seems to late 90'sh for me...well not the melody, more the mellow chimes as the instrument.
besides that its very mellow yet good energy at the same time.
Not really my style, but what i can here, well produced.
and take a look at some of your levels, tends to get a bit noisy at times.
good work! |

thanks for all the comments
i think i might subdue the white noise sweep a little bit, i don't hear anything horribly off besides that.
any other crit? what kind of DJs would appreciate this kinda style? only ones that immediately pop to my head is Schulz and Perry O'Neil |

Armin Van Buuren for sure as well. Listen to his Universal Religion 2004, Armada at Ibiza cd. Your track would fit in perfectly.
Cheers! |

I will be seeing him oct 1st in D.C. Perhaps i'll pass a demo to him and hopefully he won't toss it in the trash before listening to it. |
