you will find this remix on the first cd of Armin van Buuren's 004 Transparence compilation. it's the second song. great cd overall and an incredible remix. hard to beat the G&D remix, but DJ Dazzle did it.

This remix is pretty horrid.
Original, WOW Club and Tarrentella & Redanka Dub versions for me, please.

Too true but not to those who fail to dig deeper than the fleeting appeal of commercialism. |

for me the g&d remix is the best version by far. it's a good tune overall so it's kinda hard to make a real remix of it IMO. i like all the mixes, dazzle's mix is ok too, but the one i remember the best is the g&d remix.

it was on the dutch release (CDM) and I really like it :) one of my favourite mixes of the track, I really like the Phunk Investigation Remix too :) and ofcourse the Gabriel & Dresden Club Mix, although nothhing beats the album version with the smooth piano... ;)
Well, I don't know which one I like best, but Dj Dazzle did a good job thats for sure... |

| Yeap, this DJ Dazzle Remix caught my attention when I heart it on the Armins transparence CD.. never understood what was all the hype with the G&D remix, I never really liked it, and then tune was good, but because of this remix is that I found the meaning to this song.. the best out there for mindcircus ;-) |

| A tie between G&D (for sentimental purposes, loads of memories with that synth line) and the HUGELY underrated Tarrentella & Redanka mix, which has a MASSIVE bassline!! |

Thanks for some great replys.
| quote: | | there are better wow tracks if we are going to get nitpicky | - Just out of interest, like what ?
And
| quote: | | Too true but not to those who fail to dig deeper than the fleeting appeal of commercialism | - Thats just making one big assumption out of one post isnt it, l dont think even Froid could just to that conclusion with so little to go on.
Also the dictionary does state that commercialism is :
n : transactions (sales and purchases) having the objective of supplying commodities (goods and services)
So wouldnt it be fair to assume that we all like commercialism, because if we didnt have it, we would not be able to dig deeper to find the music that we like and love...
l have now exercised the demon

BlueOcean has the right idea.:D
I'm nice, Lizzie...just telling it how it is (from my perspective). I may have been a bit harsh and exagerrated with the "commercialism" remark since there are other remixes that sound as equally as commercialistic (ie. G&D) if not moreso.
The most interesting remix, bar none, is WOW's own club mix as heard on Way Out There...it's a journey of a mix that none of the other mixes measure up to.
Pet peeve: Just because a remix is the easiest to digest doesn't make it the best.:whip: Rant ova'. |
