karma for my room mate crap? i didn't do anything to my room mate. i felt bad and am nice to him
and i did explain to the cops, i put the drink in my pocket because it was cold, and i had 2 sandwhiches being made for me why would I steal a drink. i had 40$ in my pocket, a credit card, and a debit card. why would i steal a 1$ drink
that's just bull, my friends say i should sue the mexicans for pushing me against the wall for assualt |

how would i have gotten out of it? i told the cop that i did nothing wrong, he said he has to take me in because a lot of people steal from the store and theya lways press charges, i explained i didn't steal anything and i never left the store. i don't even think he took my statement down. such bull

if your in america, they cant do that, because its violating the constitution. your lawyer should be able to get you out of it. |

| whole situtation seems pretty BS. I mean as boomer said you coulda gotten out of it, just be cool say your sorry pay for it, watch teh video, talk to the cops (im sure they will at least listen). Now you have to pay for a lawyer for all this, go to court, and have it on your record (even though its not a huge deal). Seems pretty crazy. |

I would have told the cops exactly what happened and then kindly requested to be released. If they declined, I'd press charges against them AND the store owner(s). And I'd win. |
