Hello everyone,
Is this really a turning point in over 16 years of making music ???
I think this is dance / synthpop style, it's been put as 1st track on my mini album. (all my tracks of 2005)
Feel free to get it, like all the other tracks i made, you have the option in either mp3 or ogg format.

I certainly don't mean to be cruel, Steven...but how do you mean Turning Point??? It sounds like an old 80's retro tune made on a keyboard sequencer using only native General MIDI sounds!!
I was expecting more "fullness" in the sound. Turning point....that should be a precursor to something NEW and unrivaled as of yet in the realms of electronica... right?
But this just sounds like something from yesteryear!
Mind you, the melody was fantastic and the arrangement is proof that you've been at this for some time! I'm the same age as you are, so I also know what it's like to have played for ... gulp... a few decades.:rolleyes: I loved the song, the hook.. it was real catchy!
[just checkin' your site] Are you making this all on a Korg O1/W ? That may be the reason for the overal "thin" palette of sounds. I like to hear more exotic pads, more lush environments and especially better use of reverbs and other FX. I can't fault you on the song itself cuz it was much better than most I hear on these forums...but this certainly isnt a turning point my friend. Please don't think I'm trying to be miserable or mean to you...I just wanna be frank. ;)
