This is a serious topic so don't lock the thread for inappropriate content :rolleyes:
Scenario: You cut off a 1cmx1cm piece of skin off your arm for example. You cut off another 1cmx1cm piece of skin somewhere else. If you were to hold these two injured spots together, where they are firmly touching, would the skin grow back and connect them together? |

| Hmm i dont know. But i do have a great deal of experiance with losing skin. Had a motorcycle accident about 7 years ago & lost 90% of my palms & fingertips were gone. My left pec was skinned too just missing my nipple. But they all grew back completely with barley any scarring. The doc told me it was gonna grow back but he told me if my nipple was skinned off that part would not grow back on its own & I would have needed plastic surgery to repair it. |

| a skin graft is a little more complicated then what you are saying but that's pretty much the global idea. |
