Not 100% sure, but if the track is available for purchase/legal download (i.e. AVAILABLE in a legal manner) then I would *assume* that it is okay to use in a set...

| Technically it's illegal to play out any purchased production in front of an audience without paying some sort of royalty fees, but since you purchased it legally and didn't download it illegally then yes, it's alright. |

depends where though
some clubs pay special PRS fees i think it is. Still i dont know how it all works. |
