Well ive been on vacation and had my setup totally redesigned. Came back got my new event monitors but i forgot how the hell to connect the damn things to run with my PC. They have 2 balanced inputs..1 unbalanced. 1 XLR and 1 1/4 and 1 RCA unbalanced. I still have my old Audiophile 2496 from a while back and its treated me great. I just need to know how the hell to connect it back up cause i havent been running monitors in ages. Do i just reconnect both unbalanced rca from both monitors to the left and right RCA out's of the audiophile? aquila It's the simplest thing to do. Converting an unbalanced signal to balanced usually requires a DI of some sort - which really isn't necessary if you're wiring a short distance (unless you have MAJOR problems with interference)...just make sure you have some high quality RCA cables. jupiterone Hm how do i setup my sound to go to the monitors...plugged in from Unbalanced RCA to one of the RCA's of the 2496 and getting no response jupiterone nvm CLICK TO RETURN TO TOP OF PAGE
