Scottish Clubbing

I know that when people get talking about UK clubs, all that is ever mentioned is Gatecrasher, Cream, Slinky, Godskitchen blah, blah, blah. These are all great clubs but I'd like to take you north of the border. Here is the name of the greatest club in Scotland.
The Arches (Glasgow).
If anyone from outside Scotland visits this bonnie land and wants to go clubbing your only choice is the aforementioned club. It is home to many great nights inluding Freefall, Inside Out, and Pressure not to mention Colors (voted best UK Clubnight in 2001).
If you ever get the chance to come to Scotland visit this club you will not be dissapointed. I am going to the Christmas Inside Out and here is the DJ line-up. Mauro Picotto, Joy Kitikonti, Corvin Dalek, Alan Belshaw, Simon Foy and Fraser Latta. The last 3 are good Scottish DJ's and you may know some of Simon Foy's releases e.g. Hands Up and Inside out (released on BXR).

I've heard loads of it, as it was voted as club of the year by muzik, colours as the main event.(u've already mentioned that bit).
Do you, by any chance, have pics of the place, or know where I could get my hands on some? Due to my geographical setback, thats as close as I can get at the mo'. And describe a typical experience there!

Well thats another Inside Out in the bag, and let me tell you it was a hum dinger. Me and my two mates arrived and went to the pub next door just to warm up, where me met all the rest of the delerious punters who would be slamming in t- 1 hour.
We got in about 22:30pm and Joy Kitikonti was in the main room until 1 am followed by the Lizard Man himself. It was my first time seeing Joy K and he plays very hard Techno and Trance which I loved but he was only a precursor to Mauro Picotto, that was when the party really got started. Everyone was chanting his name before he even arrived in the building. and when he did the roof came off.
To difficult to explain what it was like just ing brilliant...
