hahaha, be kind, be kind.

I think this year it has to be Lyteo (Rank 1 remix). I haven't seen a major set this year without it in it and without it being the song people rant and rave about. I have a feeling it will replace Adagio.

that's weird, I've never heard of the track

*goes to hunt a sample*

EDIT - meh, don't think much of it at all

to the average crowd, any classic tracks will make the crowed jump up and down and freak out as though god himself had put it on

I completely agree, it's the classics that I found elicit the best reactions from the audience. Examples would include (depends how far you want to go back): Burned with Desire, Love Theme Dusk, LSG- Netherworld, Calling Your Name. There are, however, new tracks that drive the crowd insane as well.

As for good sequences, for me, I like to start of with some vocal trance, mix of new and classic Trance, on to some hard trance, then finish off with longer more melodic themes (such as Sophie Sugar-Call of Tomorrow). But really all combinations are good.

How can you even consider this a classic? Do you even know what a classic means?

Blank & Jones - Perfect Silence [E-Craig's 212 Vocal Mix]. this track always seems to make a crowd go nuts. i've always been a fan of big explosive stuff like this.

Gabriel & Dresden's "Arcadia" gets the floor movin' too

Well yes, there are the classics in terms of Trance that was produced years ago, old Trance songs that are still played today because of their value and popularity.

I was thinking more in terms of songs that are not so much old, but considered classics in their own right, because every party you go to you will hear them played and the crowd goes wild for them.

That's what I was referring to.

And yeah, Blank and Jones:Perfect Silence- amazing track that always gets the crowd moving. I love tracks like that because the energy of the track is picked up by the crowd.
