let me lay it down. as i do almost every weekend, i steal the roommates viper for a night out on the town (EDIT: not really this time, he was riding shotgun). obviously i didnt get laid. but it was a purposeful effort not to.
money = happiness
i was happy when the two hottest girls came out of the club, walked up to my driver side, kissed me and then started (i you not) having sex with the car. sick.
i was happy.

see, thanks for pointin this out. These kinds of girls, make up 99% of the houston single female population, which describes my dilema on "finding love" to a T.
These kind of hoes claim they want a nice guy, one that will treat em right, but they are a goddamn liar cuz the leave one julio and hook up with another one in the same night. These same females are the ones who call ya at work to tell ya they love you, when they are calling from the house of some other Julio to play ya for a fool. Then you catch em cheating and they blame YOU for having to work 40 hours a week. And they wonder why domestic violence cases are on the rise..jk.

Nah Matt.
99% of single women are not hoes. There are more than enough decent women out there for you to meet. Usually when you think that you aren't able to meet any of them, it's the places you're looking, the way you're going about it, or the personality traits that capture your attention in women.
The fact is that it is illogical to judge the whole female population based on the few bad experiences you've had with the scum of the crop. You're situation is not unique, many people feel exactly the way you do, and as a result they have trust issues.
It would just suck if one day you looked back and felt regret, that's all. |

if you want quick money easy, forget the doctor or IT field .. yeah you can pursue those fields, and it will give you money, but they give you Long Term money ..
if you want that quick Short Term money, two words : real estate .. invest in some cheap business building or apartment complex in a nice neighborhood, build it up to better standards, make some money, and sell it at a higher price .. it takes you about 6 months to make about 50,000 if you know how to take care of the building ... :) |

Pull up to a club in a Ferrari Enzo and just hang out in front of it for a couple minutes, make sure you get noticed, walk into the club... I guarantee, any bitches that saw you pull up with that ride, will be looking for you on the dancefloor. 9 out of 10 times, youll be getting ass later. Best pick up line:

nah ..
drugs can give you quicker money than real estate ..
but you can't get those "higher profit margins" with drugs .. drug prices are drug prices .. there are no such thing as "dirt cheap" drugs .. sure you can mix sugar with your coke, but then can you do that to every customer ??
real estate is the thing, because you can con people easier for more money ..
