You guys all missed out!!! 
They set the place up really cool. The actual Virgin store hasn't opened yet, but they had it outdoors in the middle of the mall.
I didn't see any other TA's there, besides Simon. There were a couple dudes standing behind the dj booth that looked familiar (montie?), but I didn't talk to them. Maybe there were other TA's there who I've never met? I feel retarded going up to people to ask them if they are TA's.. lol
Anyway... Junkie XL was AWESOME!!! He played a cool set. I text msg'd him to play that beastie boys track, and he played it!!! :D The majority of his tracks were from his new album. He is the coolest guy ever! He probably has the best character/personality out of all the dj's I have ever met. SO much energy, and that karate kick thing he does every time the song drops... in cuuuuuuuute! :toothless
Oh ya, and I made a sign for him, and he loved it! ;)

yeah he's a cool guy, he was backstage at sasha one night and i talked to him for what seemed like hours...but i think it was only 10 mins.

it cracks me up everytime i see junkie lip sync to a song with all his emotions put in. what made me like him more is his rock edge and a whole lotta 80's music. his build-ups are always so long and everyone just goes crazy from the anticipation. it was kinda weird dancing in front of a crowd, but who cares? it was great starting the weekend early and partying on a thursday after a hard days' work. free is always a good price.
there was this guy on his knees that stuck his face in the speaker the whole night and made love to it. hollywood wouldnt be hollywood without these people. anna should have the picture. :crazy:

lol its not a jxl set if he's not, a) doing the karate kick, b) smoking like a chimney c) singing every single word of any vocal track d) at some point jumping up on top of the equipment and going to town on it and last but not least e) closing w/ fight for your right :p
