didnt get to go to the game, or watch it as i did the boyfriend thing and went along to an event that night instead. had a good time, and was well blind... took a walkman and tuned in at every opportunity, was excited and then went out side and they kicked 3 goals when i was listening.. my heart sank..
very proud of the boys this year though... Harvey needs to play one more year. If all those names retire, we might be well and truely ed!!
pkc - there was no tears, but really only because i couldnt have much emotion wrapped up in the game via a walkman.. which was probably a good thing :)
Eagles will prolly smash the swannies next week, but i would like to see them win..

| I hope Sydney get hammered next week. I don't like West Coast but I f&@%$ng hate Sydney. Though it would be good to see Barry Hall have to watch Sydney win from the sidelines. |

I can't believe how much has been made out of barry's little tap on that defender. Even a soccer player would be embarrassed by the performance he put on.
amazing how much the swans dominated the last quarter when the umpires put their whistles away after getting walloped in free kicks for the rest of the game. |

Do ppl in Syd even follow the swans or does their fan base suddenly increase at this point of the season? :p
I always cop it for not backing a Vic team... carn the bloods :D

yeh true maguire went down like a bag of bricks but on precedent alone, bazza's gonna be close. his history of striking wont help him either. |

Nope, i've been a swannies member for the past 2 years and have been following them since Barassi took over the reigns. Alot of credit must go to the great man, and of course Roosey for sticking to his guns even when the criticism were flying thick and fast. Thats the way to stick it up to them!!:tongue3
