sure if theyre in your body in a physical form inside a condom or something if your a drug mule. if youve done coke as a drug, im sure they're not going to cut you open and look for cocaine in your nasal passage or something to press charges on you. short answer, drug use is legal. drug possession is not. |

well kinda, once you buy those drugs, they are yours and in your possession. so should the cops bust in just than and find you with drugs on you, theyre going to nail you with possession. if you buy a bag of weed or coke or whatever and smoke/snort it 20 seconds before the cops come in the front door, you're safe. |
