Hi there TOTA's !
I have a room to rent out in the house that I am currently staying in! The house is located at around Bathurst and Sheppard area! Its a safe and silent neighbourhood. Five minute walk to the bus stop and the Yonge & Sheppard line is a 5 minute bus ride! The house has a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen. The room that is available for rent is fairly spacious. Cleanliness is a MUST for the shared parts of the house, you can do whatever you want in your room ! And the laundry is shared in the basement.
The room is going for $550 and the price includes
- cable TV / cable Internet
- Hydro Electricity / Water / Gas
- Free parking
