1) because there would be no and ass
2) because it takes alot more effort to survive in the arctic then on some balmy beach... and it would be alot harder to get the girls to bathe each other. |

| I stopped watching survivor after season 3. New characters but the plot repeats. Human behavior is predictable and boring. Can't believe this show is still on the air and ppl actual watch it. |

If they were smart they would do survivor in the northern part of canada in the summer when it is 24 hours daylight.....it would mess with their minds...people have been know to imagine things due to lack of sleep....it would be great.
Either that or have an all midget survivor...I just love midgets |

I would disagree.
Are the rules of engagement more restricted in a baseball game? A sitcom? a police drama? a hospital drama? a season of survivor?
As far as televison programs go Survivor has more room to manoeuver its stories within than most genres.
And as such I'd rather get to know the ex-marine hard ass "joe" on Survivor than the ex-marine hard ass "joe" on NCIS Chicago played by Joe Mantegna. |

Since I don't watch Survivor or most of the other programs on tv I couldn't really say. Most ppl would agree this reality crap isn't that real, its over produced and frankly I couldn't give two s about which money grubbing fool wins. There are a couple of shows that I will watch that I find to be entertaining and well writen like House, Lost, and 24.
You could sum up Survivor in a few words, alliances, back stabbing, and stupidity. I see enough of the unpleasant side of human behavior in real life and I'm not interested in watching it on my spare time. |

Here's the pattern for House.
Diagnosis 1: Wrong
Diagnosis 2: Wrong - treatment from diagnosis 1 makes patient worse
Diagnosis 3: Wrong - patient has a seizure
Diagnosis 4: Down to 2 different diagnosises and one will kill the patient, the other will save the patient, a decision must be made in the next 5 minutes or the patient will die.
They are chained to a very restrictive story arc.
Does this limit the enjoyment for you? Or does the value of the program exist outside of its skeleton? |

I'm not a devotee of House, I saw the LL Cool J episode and I want in. |
