Creating a forum like TA

Hello,
I have plans to open a forum like TA but for new age, but I am lost where to begin, someone could explain me where can I contract the service and etc? I have already 2 gigas of storage for ym webpage, so Ii just need to contract the forum :).

all you have to do is create something so ing interesting that people are compelled to post, and get them all to know eachother, and have a way to do that, and have a way of getting rid of bad people without getting rid of INTERESTING people at least, and making sure you are constantly up to date with the ebb and flow of their demands and interests, yet maintain the original clarity of purpose and function that brought them to it. And then you just have to make sure there are no bugs in the software, your website runs flawlessly, is appealing to the eye, has awesome art and multimedia so they can explore when the forums are boring, and then you make sure it never crashes, and your updates are quick if any. Then you find advertising that isnt annoying and doesnt chase off the "i hate mainstream" people which is what 90% of people are even though theyd poop their pants just thinking about it like that. All of this is after you create a clever and catchy name that will actually appear in a search engine that is relevent to your topic, yet still appears as normal forum and not just another cult niche of the internet. Then you need to pay the search engines and forum advisory boards to get your name listed and try to expand and prod and grow your community until it has thousands of people and from there on its smooth sailing unless you get a bunch of nazi ing mods who close all the time and you need to keep moderator membership fluid and controlled and balanced and there needs to be a thing in place to keep the number to match user level and base and make decisions without holding their hands all the time.
