I agree...but I find it funny how much sympathy we give to people in New Orleans....they are just people too....yet we all feel sorry for the few hundred that died there....that's just moving the decimal one spot to the right. :D |

You said it yourself...they are just animals. One of the biggest problems is these lions are not affraid of people....they haven't been hunted in that part of the world and they don't understand the power of man. Once the lions see the power of man they will become scared of man and leave man alone. In the long run they are doing the animals a favour. |

Lions attack and eat humans in areas where their wild prey has been reduced by over-hunting, deforestation and population growth. Older lions also become man-eaters because humans are a far easier prey than wildlife.
