For some reason, Amphitheatre management doesn't seem to be marketing it too much so i am not sure of the details but he is gonna be there tomorrow.
Seems like a Katrina fundraiser or something.

The official word from Amps is "We open at 10:00 until 3:00, Kimball Collins is probably gonna play the whole night".
My friend Tasha who takes care of guest list and stuff says he's expected around 11:00. If he arrives on time, i would expect another 30-45 minutes for getting the set ready, creating the "atmosphere", for him, Jessica's shots ("Yes, OMG It's sexy Jesssica" :) ) and so on. He should be able to take the stage by 12:00 - 12:30 and that should give him more than 2 Hrs of playtime.
Now this is provided no other DJ (resident or guest) decides to show his talents as an opening for Kimball Collins. I expect a few guest DJs tonite. |
