Just got my tickets, waited too long cause both eventvibe and groovetickets uped the price to $30... Regardless will be awesome to see PVD here in AZ.

Wonder if he will go on before midnight so we can get a set longer than 2 hours.

I didn't bother getting tickets, but I'll be there. It's going to be a mob scene. I'd guess he'll come on shortly after midnight and end at the usual quarter after two or so.

How much are tickets at the door?

If you are interested in meeting up I should be there around 10 or so.

Bummer that it will be a short set, since its PVD would of thought start earlier

Im hoping he starts a little later ~ 12:15 so his set is all out trance and higher bpm throughout.

I'm not sure, just taking a chance. It's usually cheap to free if you show up early because nobody is there and they figure they'll make it back on your bar tab. I have some passes to get in free before 11pm, too. Since this is a big show, they might be a pain.

Lately, I've been hanging out in the white room, but we could always set up something more definite. That's me on the left:

Well I can say I was slightly disappointed with friday showing. I would bet that Myst was WAY over capacity. There was no room to move.

I also was a bit disappointed in the set.

Needless to say was good to see a huge act come to AZ - just hope next time they limit tickets/etc - but that would limit their cash flow.
millst
It was crowded, but I don't think it was that bad. One problem with Myst is that it's not setup very well for big DJs. Everybody who wants to have a view of the DJ has to cram into a subsection of the club. You can't see anything from most of upstairs, downstairs, the patio, or ball room.

Freedom had a better configuration and thinking back that place seemed even more crowded when Oakey and PvD played. I'd pay more money if they wouldn't let so many people in.

I knew it was going to be a mob scene so I just kind of hung back and enjoyed the extra breathing room. I guess I got close enough during IndepenDANCE so it wasn't a big deal. I ended up having a good time and liked PvD's set although I didn't enjoy Edgar V's set as much as I usually do.

I had a great time! Vance, Edgar, and PVD all tore it up.

My girlfriend promotes for eventvibe so we had access to the sky boxes and the area behind the decks, even without i would have had fun.. there was tons of poeple there which i havn't seen in ages!

Highs.. sweating my ass off against the wall behind pvd's opener while he was playing melodic trance like B&J perfect silence, and seeing pvd walk by right in front of us  I dont care how it sounds.. that feeling was priceless :)

Lows... didn't last long enough :whip:

- we need more good dj's here at myst, prefferably trance.. my gf and i are giving a list to the eventvibe crew of dj's we want to visit, here are some were gonna include:

-Armin/Markus
-Matt Darey
-Ronsky Speed
-Kayu vs Albert
-Victor Dinaire
-Ferry Corston

Hopefully we can get some more big names here at myst in the future.. Christopher Lawrence is coming back Oct 7th :)
millst
Dinaire was at Flux last month so I'd guess that won't happen at Myst. I'd add Sasha to your big name list, but I'll probably have to fly out to LA or Vegas.
