cheap hotels in montreal

hey guys im looking for some cheap hotels in montreal
the hotel we got last year during new years is a bit more expensive now.
any help would be apreciated. it will be during new years. we dont need anything fancy. but not in the ghetto either
cheap and decent. |

anyhow.. the econolodge on St.Dominque & Ontario is pretty decent and not a bad price.. that is where I have always usually stayed :) |

the place i stayed at was like $25-30 a night .. located in Old Montreal.. St. Vincent & Notre Dame

meh, neighbourhood isn't so much you should worry about.. I am sure there are lots of cabby's that can get you outta here quickly..hahah :p
but on NYE everything will be a little more expensive than usual anyhow so I don't think there is much you can do to get around that! |

last year we stayed right down town and walked everywhere. i guess if we stay a bit out for cheaper well have to pay for cabs and then ill just even out. |
