whatever happened to like... the cute dorky fun emo style? vintage T-shirts and thick rimmed glasses and courderoys... it seems like the "emo" of today is the twisted lovechild of goth + emo.
i think trying to conform to the style of any "scene" is pretty lame... i mean i still listen to a lot of emo music, but i just don't see what my clothes or accessories have to do with that.
btw, this thread seems like an appropriate place to ask... anyone ever seen The Bravery in concert? they're here in 2 weeks and i want to go... i'm just kind of curious how good they are live. |
