| use the patches will HELP u better but u gotta quit on ur own. also if u scratch the patches more nicottine comes out and u get a bit buzzed/lightheaded if u don't smoke like a pack a day. |

i havent seen whats in the little packages he always pops open, but on the outside, it says "nicotine". |
