| i'd go if it wasnt for the 2 am curfew thin.. that's ridiculous! it would be a tease of a party to see him spin for 2 hours. As much as i love armin it isn't worth it.. we'd have to kidnap him or something and make him play till the dawn at our hotel room :) whoooooooooooooooo |

| I am still a maybe...haven't asked for the time off work yet. What time does the club open? Are you serious about the 2 am curfew? I thought that was a joke! |

Something like this happened when Gabriel and Dresden played at Bleu back in the spring.
Minus the kidnapping part. |

doors open at 9 and they close at 2

I think there's a by law or something in the states that doesn't let bars stay open past 2...sometimes you'll get them to let us stay a bit longer...but more often than not, when I go to Bleu, they sometimes don't even let DJs play an encore.
I could be wrong though b/c I heard that when Ferry was just there he was there past 3.
Who knows! |

there is a 2am rule, but The Works was open before it happened so they can stay open later. When Armin is done, we walk across the street and go to Kenneth and Noel Sanger....which is quite the treat :)
I have myself +4 on that Guestlist btw so :)

Damn..just asked for the time off work today...The boss is on holidays and I have to take over for him. Didn't know this. Damn, I am thinking in my head; how can I still swing this! But, unfortunately I can't come up with anything. There are only the two of us in the office.
Blah! So UPSET!!!! Take pics! Lots of pics! and get flyers!!!! |

just saw this thread! lol
If anyone needs a place to crash, check me - I'd love to return the hospitality. I live 10 minutes north of Detroit in Royal Oak and have two futon beds as well as ample floor/chair space to take.
I might make the afterparty but I don't know about Armin yet.
Message me if you need crashspace!

The Works is def not walking distance. You'll need to take a car there and park - they stay open till 6am but it's a weeknight so it might end sooner than that. Bleu will close by 2:30pm at the latest but get there early - it'll pack up quick for Armin! Last time it was the human wall of peeps in there.
