| Besides pre-ordering the album at Amazon.com, You can also pre-order the album at the FYE.com site right here or at BestBuy.com right here. I have yet to pre-order it, But I'm concern if they would deliver the album on the day of release which is Oct 18th, Does anyone know if they would receive the album on the day it gets released in the stores? |

It's only right since it was Markus that introduced the rising star Dj Elevation to the trance scene. He gave him exposure. |

First of all, I don't understand where all of the talk about disturbing/inappropriate lyrics is coming from, but whatever. What I'm really curious about is why people who have voiced their opinion stating this album "sucks" continued to read and post in this thread and question the opinions of people who actually like the album? Do you honestly have nothing better to do than attempt to convince everyone that they're wrong and this cd sucks?
I for one will be buying this when it hits the states. "First Time" is one of my favorite tracks that I've heard in a long time, "Without You Near" is great, and the collab with Airwave also sounds like a good track. I listened to the previews on the site that Tigerclaw posted, and while I'll agree that some of the tracks aren't all that hot I still think the album is pretty good on a whole. I'm not going to defend my opinion other than saying that Markus's style fits my personal taste, and in the end I'll be spending my $20, not yours, so don't worry about it. |

| I recieved my copy of the album on Monday afternoon, a day early before the actual release, Anyways, I was listening to it moments after recieving it, And it's a really nice album, One way I could describe this album is like, Progressive Trance along with some breaks with a touch of Ambiance. |

Haven't listened to it yet, will give it a shot. I did like "First Time" when I heard it for the first time (haha) on ASOT 2005, after that, it got kind of boring. I've always loved "You Won't See Me Cry", so it would be nice to hear that. Enjoy "Clear Blue" but prefer the Somwhere (Clear Blue) vocal and airwave remixes to the original. Might download the CD (legally) or buy it if I like some of the other tunes.
As far as the Elevation thing, we were buddies I guess for a month, don't know what happened. We live like five minutes away from each other but for some reason (whether it's my fault or his, or both) we stopped talking. He seemed like a nice guy for a little while, but after that, I don't know what the hell happened. I will admit to jealousy on my part, because he was (and has been) making a name for himself in the scene, and knows all these DJs and producers, and there's me who doesn't even know how to produce a track, and he had to re-teach me how to mix, since I was doing it wrong for about two or three years...which made me feel like the biggest loser...which I sometimes think I am. |

We may be a bit biased but we really enjoyed the album. Working with Markus was great and making"Peaches and Cream" was a really fun collaborative experience.. sending tracks back and forth from LA to Miami over the net into the middle of the night definately set a mood for the track.. and although we made sure it didnt leak for like 8 months, while other producers leaked their collaborations. we were happy with how it turned out ultimately and are glad people are discovering it now on the album. We looking forward to seeing it out with some remixes on vinyl.
An excellent album in our opinon...;-) |
