The Sticky "Sig" Thread is not serving its purpose!!!

I was very upset to find that the people who regularly visit the sticky "Signature Request/Show-off/etc" thread never answer any requests for signatures. They're a group of 3-4 people who just want to show off their skills with Photoshop.
Requests stopped being answered after Page 16-17. Now if you ask they'll ignore you.

maybe they r tired of making sigs.. they dont have to do it u know they did it out of choice n the first place...
maybe also they stopped reading the thread. try PMing one of the 'sig makers' then u mite get a straight answer. |

Its a request.. doesnt mean someone has to fullfill it.. aight..
it still serves its purpose cause we dont have 4 or 5 threads about sigs.. like back than :P
questions can be asked are answered etc etc.. 2 many great things to list :p

Dude, I'm totally aware that nobody has to do it for you, it's not like they should always draw custom-made sigs, I'm just saying that they totally IGNORE your REQUESTS! They don't even say "I can't."
Look at some of those pages, they exist only for 2-3 people (DJ Alfi, |Mi|k and somebody else), no requests are ever answered... |

| actually its more then 2-3 people, i see more regular posters in the sig thread...and the sig thread is not ONLY for requests |

Maybe if you pick somebody whose work you like, and ask them directly you might have better luck Eugene. When people (especially newbies) just post "Hi, can somebody make me a sig" it just sounds lazy.
I'm sure if the requests were more along the lines of "Hey lMIlk, I really like your work mate, is there any chance that you could do me something with my name in, based around this and including that." then there would be a better response. |
