small warp in my record?

So I just got moogwai - viola in and there is a part, on the outer rim of the record, that makes my needle move up when it hits this certain spot. At eye level, you can see the very small hill on the record as it moves on the decks. It doesnt seem to effect the record playing at all. Seems to hold a constant beat throughout the entire track.
But...it is clear that it is making my needle move up a bit. Will this cause problems down the road? Is there anyway to remove this small hill or warp in the record? |

| bought a vinyl once (new) and was quite badly warped and failed all known methods to straighten it till in the end I decided id bend it back. I managed to bend it like 160 degrees before it shattered :( |
