BT got robbed!!!

I just got an email from www.bt-network.org that wrote that BT's studio got robbed. everything is gone (prolly stuff around $50.000 worth of equippmanet, but even more) including the work for his #4 album...
this is a copied paragraph from the site:

So what the is up with these? I heard some time ago that he was held hostage at gunpoint (but I don't know for sure), now this... I guess his gigs are canceled, the 4th album is delayed... I mean, he had like 9-12 pieces of equipment, and w/o them he can't play his stuff.. and he worked for 3 years on no. 4... I don't know if anyone knows stuff about this.. if U live in LA U might know something.. anyway, if U think U ghave a valid clue, go to the site please and email to the guys...
BT is a genious; whoever did this, did it out of envy... certainly, this is a moral breakdown for him, and I hope he doesn't get out of the biz... anyway, it would be bad to lose his genious.. so if anyone knows anything, pls visit www.bt-network.org and let the webmaster know!

its not that bad that some equip got taken, i mean, that stuff happens everyday. the fact that all his work got taken, thats horrible. but there must be other copies/backups that were stored somewhere else, dont ya think? |

he got ALL his equip stolen; and I understood there are some pieces of it he can't buy anymore, so this is big time;
yeah, the work is the most important.. 20 trax... 3 years
I hope they catch the fukerz that did it!

Hmmm...
I don't know BT so very well, but I think whoever has done it must have known that he hasn't any backups of his tracks. This sounds very strange to me, 'cause if I'd make a track I'd backup it hundred times and hide the copies so well that even I won't be able to find all again. Well ... obviously the robbers knew that BT has no backups, cuz they didn't want just the equipment or something, they stole the tracks! It's lame to ruin an artist in such a way...
But what do they wanna do to get the robbers? If these have only a tiny bit of brain they won't sell the equipment and that all, they will destroy it all and throw it away into a forest which is so deep that noone discovers it again. And when they'll do it so I think they will be never discovered.
Or wait! BT could ... erm ... I don't wanna say it, I'm afraid I might get nailed from U all for that... |

What, U think he made up the whole story? I know a lot about BTs background in music, and I can tell U he wouldn't... if he wasn't ready for no4 he wouldn't've released it, simple...
I thought of the theory od destruction too, but my girl pointed out to me that they could've wrecked the equipment right there... and like that, they could also send a message... but I guess it was more the songs they were after..
