Replacing Ortofon Styli

I just bought some new styli for my Ortofon Concordes, and was wondering what the proper/safe way of replacing them was.
Surely you guys have done it before, can someone just instruct me how to do it, I don't just want to go yanking on my lovely carts. I live in fear of breaking them................
