I have been asked by a rock dj friend if I can come up with a list of Rock tracks that have been remixed as a dance track , but apart from 1 or 2 such as depeche mode and the doors by crystal nethod I am drawing a mental blank
anyone care to contibute some examples

No I know DM are not Rock no need to nitpick but I am talking about non dance music genres that have been made into Dance and I could only really think of Dm remixes and rock dj's play DM so !!!!

There's the Nirvana-Smells like teen spirit(Bootleg mix) that Armin always plays.
Also another one is in The Scumfrog essential mix and is a remix of a foreiger song.
I'm not sure the exact title but you could find it on the Radio One website. |

i'm not sure this is what you want, but theres also a semi decent remix of Low Rider
.... oh yeah, and Evanescence - Hello (Gabriel & Dresden Anti-Gravity Mix)
