Flying in for TE 2006

A friend and I will be flying into the Netherlands for our first experience at a real party! Seems like Europe knows how to throw a party.
I was wondering how the weather was around February?
Any tourist tips you could give me about the area, and about Trance Energy would be greatly appreciated. I have never been to the Netherlands or Europe or an event of this size. |
