| well that answers my question.... lol i just finished posting in the NY forum about how i cant sleep. I rolled last night @ Crobar in NYC, Armin was spinning (was AWSOME btw). Came home at almost 9, got like 3 hours of sort of sleep, then had work so I took this one adderal that i've had sitting here forever. Now i still cant sleep, didnt know this kept you up lol grrrrr "I can't get no sleep" lol |

| ya you gotta know when to take it. if you only want it to work for a few hours, crush it up and snort it. if you want it for all day just take the pill in the morning on a full stomach. |

what i do, break each pill into quarters, and as my night goes along, i take a quarter each time i feel i need another. to gradually build up, and ive noticed the supply lasts longer doing it that way.
i can sleep on it. say i take at 10-11pm. by 4am, i get really relaxed even though my heart and breathing is faster, i feel lite-weight and ill just lay there and feel like im floating a bit. and just doze off. wake up and be blank minded all day. its like i have no emotion or expression the entire next day. |

| i'll be takin about 30 mg of the short acting adderall pills tomorrow around 830 am....do u think i'll be able to sleep that night? anyone got any recommendations for killing the insomnia? |

yeah but i got alot of to do tomorrow, and adderall makes me concentrate and mow through things like no other |

| the best solution i think is Xanax or Valium. it's bad for your heart to mix them with amphetamines, but hey, it knocks you out. |

| Sure did, as for the insomnia, I got prescribed seroqul to counter act the effects of basically being cracked out all day. It’s a weird drug though, it is really meant to subdue schizophrenics, but it has multiple uses. Knocks you out but you feel groggy for an hour after you wake up. But the good news is the exam I was studying for I got a 115/100 with extra credit.:gsmile: |

| none are meant to snort, but i do the XR's, take them out the capsule and smash them up and do a half of a line that works for about 2 hours of pure concentration. |
