Most of the stuff u will want to know is posted somewhere or other on the various forums, a lot in sticky threads
posting a pic is easy for example
find a webhost to upload your picture to and link to it here by doing
(img)http://www.yourwebspacehostURLhere.com/mypic.jpg(/img).
Replace the ( & ) with [ & ] thou
