Its a mash up so basically weave the two tracks in and out- "mash them up" so to speak. |

Are any people actually doing a mash up properly by taking an acapella (vocal on its own) and putting it over a trance track? That's what I do to get the best results. Or you could find the breakdown part in a trance song where it is just the vocal and use that.
If not I find the mash up will sound messy. |

Still open for DJs? im a lazy assed foker, kinda... and i need an excuse to get back to work. So i mixed a set with a trance seed mash up of Made of sun. Would that qualify for this mix??? Let me know... this sounds interesting, doesnt have to be only trance. Can you mash up like 3 or 4 songs into one then???! |

Man, just an acapella? Mashups could go so muchg more complex and interesting. Start by takin the same track, and playing it on two decks, one beat appart. Thats an instant cant lose mashup! |

| You can use any 2 tracks or pieces of material. Just that 1 HAS to be of Trance origin. |

I am VD... sorry I didn't mention it.
I am mostly known as VD, but when i registered here I couldn't think of a cool name (my usual nick sounds good only in Romanian :P).
So about my mash-up, a pure tech-trance monster :D
Katana vs Mojado - Samba Brutal on a Pleasure Island (VD Mash-up)
When I listened to the Mojado album (which is superb btw), it just hit me that it would sound great with some Katana stuff.
