| Buenos Aires is def a place to check out, but take caution, it is still one of the most dangerous cities in the world and the economy isn't doing the city any good. Good line-up but would have liked to see locals like Dero or Martin Garcia since they know the crowd better than the internationals and that they are wicked, wicked DJ's. |

ive been there 4 times, once for over 4 months and never had a problem (touch wood) LOL
as long as you are smart about stuff u are fine (as is the case anywhere) and since the peso devaluated its the cheapest place on the planet at the moment.
and yes martin garcia is great. i heard him plenty of times at pacha buenos aires. |

Yeah I agree, but even still nothing is guarenteed. I think I'd be pretty scared to go clubbing. It's dangerous there at 2 in the afternoon so just imagine what it's like when the lights go out. |

its not dangerous there at 2 in the afternoon...and most places arent even dangerous after dark. BA has its bad areas but so does toronto.
dont over exaggerate!
clubs there were great, EVERYONE was super friendly too. |

I have man about 5 years ago. My family lives about 5 miles from the Velez Sarsfield stadium (don't know the name, but I can find out). Very nice area.... lots of parks around. I've also been to Mar Del Plata ( I think I discussed this with you in another thread).
And yeah Boca's fans are crazy. But I still say that the craziest are Racing. My family there are fans of the team and I personally like Independiente for style, so me admitting that will insure you no bias. I don't suggest you make any other ventures into Avellaneda, it's not exactly famous for being the Argentine tourist destination :D |
