January 1 = I move to Seattle... Northside. 1B/1B, 650 SF, $525 a month including utilities, a storage unit, and parking. Not a bad neighborhood, either.

| Damn $525. That's a good deal especially in Seattle. That's one of the most expensive cities in terms of cost of living in the U.S. You better hope that the rate is capped and not just an introductory rate just to lure you in. I remember when I used to live in NYC 10 yrs ago that the rent was about that price. Now it's S1000/month and over. Anyway good luck in Seattle! |
