I forgot my password for my user account in Windows XP Pro.
The two accounts now are Margaret and Guest. I am logged in as guest because it doesn't need a password.
So how do I gain access back into my Admin Account.
I know there is another Administrator Account but I don't know how to have it show up.

Call these guys up, the computer mechanics, they will solve your problem:

Always have a backdoor admin account!
I do however have a "God CD" which will help if you're truly stuck...

i was about to suggest teh same thing.. this cd can reset teh password.. |

Thanks to RJ, I remembered the password that I put on the Admin account. |

Now just remember to create another parallel admin account just in case... ;)
That way you'll be able to log into that and reset the password on your main account should it happen again... |
