I cannot hear any difference between the tracks released on ETCR and ATCR, both appear to put out fluffy trance tracks :conf:

I don't think there is any difference apart from the format their tracks are released on tbh.

ETCR is supposed to be the digital, online only off-shoot of ATCR for the up and coming producers, so I don't know if or why they are releasing on vinyl since the purpose of ETCR was to be an online label. And to your comment about fluffly trance, well what do you expect? This is ATCR, they are a trance label, mostly for uplifting, melodic trance music, not the dark prog or techy stuff. There's other labels out there for that stuff. There's nothing wrong with ETCR being similar, with uplifting stuff is just what they release. The stuff still has lots of energy though, so it's not "soft trance" by any means on either label, if thats what your refering to.
