I've heard like 4 different songs that sound almost exactly the same as that song from Blade. 1 by Voodoo & Seran, another by DJ Irene, Another By Crystal Method, and then that one by Randy Katana. +God knows how many producers have made a ripp-off song? I know I have.
PS Cobra Commander, your post makes me sad. I want to meet you all at Tiesto next week.

I believe Public Domain were the first to create that. Then Warp Bros. coming in the second grp to use that melody.. I think :p

i'm from howard county, md.

I met a hottie on Monday who's from HoCo.

Do you have any good stories about Hell House? :p

I was there, but only for an hour or two. This is the third time I've seen Armin at Glow recently and for the third time I was not impressed. It was really crowded and the music just wasn't getting to me. As a club, Fur is my least favorite. But really it was the music. I credit Armin for alway playing the hottest tracks of the time (he used to be my favorite), but the tracks that are coming out these days just aren't that good. Does anyone else feel this way?

I agree with the fact that it was crowded, and the music was a little bit harder than I would expect from Armin. (more banging & less singing) but the crowed like it in general,

I was one of the people who was in the front & when a tune hit...it hit hard :) and everybody seemed to be affected in a positive sense.

FUR & ex-Glow could & should definately increase the size of their main room. It might look big from the top (as you walk in), but when your there it really feels small (particularly on a crowded night).

On the final note, I have to say that I greatly appreciate what the Glow staff does. The fact that European DJs come to Washington DC (an area where I can go) is wonderful! In Baltimore, there's no Dance/Trance radio or anything. This city is sooo not into Trance that its scary. Being able to drive (not fly) in order to see DJs like Armin, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk.... is simply great!

Ye as a fellow towson resident (Villa Julie College Represent), I have to agree that the lack of trance love around here is sort of beat. I am also verrrry thankful I get to see top djs an hour away from where I live. Without Glow, we'd have nothing in that respect.

I feel your pain.

You wouldn't happen to live in The Colony, would you? That's been party central for over a decade now!

And yes, as sad as this may sound, I actually miss Redwood Trust. :whip:

It's really kind of old school. I haven't been out that way since my high school days. I usually make it a point to stay out of trouble, and that scene is NOTHING BUT trouble - so that kind of excitement is long gone for me.

...Memories (of getting chased by five big Rottweillers) :toothless It's crazy, all right!

Personally, I like his banging sets the most.

His Dance Department set from April 7th, 2001 is still very much included in my regular playlist rotation.
