this guy had always kinda gone overlooked when i thought of cds to get or sets or tracks to find, but after last night i realized what a mistake that was. i'm sure a lot of you have overlooked him aswell, but i'm telling you right now...i don't care what genre your preferences are...if you have a chance to see this guy live...DO IT!! i've never heard a DJ pump up the crowd like that before. when we got there we heard this opening DJ throwing down some huge tracks and thought "how the hell is Lee gonna top this? this is awesome!", but the man did it. seriously this guy is no joke...he obviously doesn't believe in filler tracks and literally tore that up the entire night...i was completely sober and this was the best clubbing night i can remember...and that isn't just coming from a prog head...we had armin fans there that would tell you the same thing so i hope everyone checks him out...
so just wanted to let everyone know that has possibly overlooked Lee Burridge like i have that he's fantastic...go see him live if you get the chance...
feel free to share the Burridge love hehe :p |

Lee Burridge is ing awesome and he's been awesome since forever. Check out his NuBreed and 24:7 GU compilations. Theyre just amazing. The track selection is just mint. Also Craig Richards and Lee Burridge - Tyrant 01 compilation. Incredibly unique sound.
As far as sets go check out
Lee Burridge - Live @ Kiss FM (4-8-2001)
Lee Burridge - Live @ BPM Party (02-21-2003)
Glad you had fun man. |

bla bla bla...
well for atleast those of you that have similar tastes to me, which i think are quite a few people around here, make sure you check him out...but i really think a lot of people other than sasha and zabiela fans will enjoy him...i think people that are huge trance heads would be impressed...like i said, we have some pretty huge armin fans in our clubbing circle and they thought he was awesome too...so.. |

I have yet to see Burridge in real life but the gigs ive downloaded has almost always been top noth, the guy
really knows how to keep a crowd going and seems to love the idea of playing two or three tracks at the same
time to add some additional layers to the set. |

His set for Digweed's show on Kiss 100 back in 04 was also a stormer.
The "I need a freak with long long hair"-song is so damn cool. |

| Top DJ, but was dissapointed with his 24:7 CD though, too weird and ed up for my liking. |

| that's what i love, its so eclectic, he drops ambient, break beats, prog house, he'll throw in tracks with crazy voice samples, he'll drop some acid house/jazz and then in the background you begin to hear a saxophone comming in louder and louder or a guitar come in following the melody. Its just too ing good..i can't really explain it. |

| Must say, ive never heard any of his stuff, i like a wide spectrum of Dance music everything from house to hardstyle... i'll give one of his sets a whirl and see if it like it. :) |
