Nope in London they use a yellow and white line
Berlin has one big white stripe
Amsterdam has a yellow line but the floor has less marks
Rotterdam Subway uses a white line, Paris too
It would be stupid to use a picture from Madrid (same as London)

By the placement of the mirror on the "opposite" side of the tracks from the camera, it is probably not in North America.....that mirror is there to show an incoming train from behind, which would be on the right hand track over here.
Asia maybe?
EDIT: Was writing as the verdict was posted....bleh...
