Sorry to be crude on this one. But in the past week in the dodgy neighbor hood I work in I noticed something that brought a very important question to me.
How does a one legged pimp in a wheel chair keep his bitch's in line?
So far I have counted 3 prostitutes, that a lot of turf to keep in line and I'm sure their are more. Maybe he just an underpimp to an upperpimp who handles the bitch in line matters. |

n00b.. i live like 40 feet from capitol and its not ghettoish in the least. then again i live on the east side of the river :p

I work i these area's, now day's it in the hispanic ty area. I used to work the north side. Crazy things every day. South side is still bad though, a cop got shot 4 blocks from were I was working today.
but back to the pimp, second time I've seen him. 15th and greenfield If you're looking for a shag with a cranked out whore. But today I was doing some work in the house right next to his. So I got to casually observe them, while listening to interpol( which by the way is excellent observing music for this type of event). |

I'd say the heavy core ends at capitol and starts just north of marquette. Capitol still isn't were I would like to hold a tea party though.
Personally I live in waukesha, were the only cracked up people I find are at the record store. |

I work for the phone company as a line tech.
oh and these hoes where definately not hot, double baggers. I have only seen one street hoe in my that could have been attractive, but that was from a distance. |

i live in Waukesha too and i don't hate Madison. i love Madison actually. then again i'm not technically from Waukesha so maybe my opinion doesn't count.
