| i think its to do with the hash oil not the ciggies. i get the same symtoms you do after smokin large amounts of weed over long periods. my lungs and throat normally feel congested as hell after that. it takes me about a week before my lungs start clearing up and i breathe a bit more easily. then again .. it could be just me. |

| Hash oil is crap on your insides to. The only stuff had was definately harsh on the thought to say the least. |

i tried to quit sometime this past may
i started smoking last fall, didn't start regularly smoking (as in every day) until probably november or december
couldn't quit, just couldn't do it
body started eating itself or some
idk, but its not a fun feeling :( |

Do something like exercising so you're not out of breath when doing minor chores, like typing. Orbax is the expert on the topic.
I've smoked for years and exercise as well, but am never out of breath unless pushing myself to the limit while exercising, go figure.
Youth of America today seem destined to turn into the slobs of tomorrow, since exercising is not cool anymore.
