What's the best mix of 'Communication'?

The best mix is the one that you can find on vinyl. The original is great, but the vocal mix is right up there with the best. Sweet female voice :eyes:

the buildup starts from 4 min to 5:20
r u sure you haven't gotten part 1 and 2 crossed up?

The breakdown on the original has the full riff throughout most of the breakdown, after the pianos stop. The full riff comes in very quietly and builds up in a crescendo to the peak of the breakdown.
PART TWO, (The version I have anyway) doesn't have the same style of breakdown. It comes in with little clips of the riff. (dedede-dede-dede............................[chord change]dedede-dede-dede) And then finally goes into the full riff, just before it kicks in. But this all happens at the same volume, without the crescendo of part one.
Is that a load of crap? yes. But who cares? Vote for part one :D (Or at least the excellent VDM mix) |
