i think this was the one on nip/tuck, the one mikey was referring to on another thread
all sorts like ambient, chill out and dowtempo stuff is good to relax to,
and i like it even more if it has, the sound of the waves and the odd seagull

hello kush paintings,
try to get the first albums of Liquid Mind (Link to his website), very peaceful and relaxing new age music, awesome albums.
As for something more ambient than new age, i really like Thom Brennan's music, long pieces of relaxing atmospheric dreamy ambient, wonderful... (favourite albums being "Satori" and "Vibrant water")(Link to his website)

thats a nice track!....for something atmospheric but with some beats included try Ulrich Schnauss
he is simply amazing for atmospheric ambient..all his productions give me goosebumps! and make for perfect music to unwind to.
