Trinary code! |
You know, they are on their way to invent trinary. I don't know if they're finished, but they are working on it.
Man, science today isn't what it was a hundred years ago :S Took man thousands of years to go from the wheelwagon to the car, and then less than half a centuary to go from the car to the spaceship.
Call me crazy anyone, but I think we'll self-destruct soon :S |

Ok so far we have Tiesto saying vinyl's dead, a new form of math Trinatary sumthing that will make students even worse than they are now since most can't even pass algebra (including myself) and oh the end of the world in 7 years...

lol, what a load of e.
If you've got a cynical sense of humour, you'll find that site hilarious... apparently there's an "off-world galactic federation" that controls the Earth... and Hitler is the Lord of Darkness. :stongue:
| quote: | | Remember the CIA/military that Bush controls is over 400 years ahead in technology from the general public, but the off world forces are millions of years ahead of them! |
Love it :D |

yeah its pretty crazy how when i got into djing, it was still almost 100% vinyl (about 5 years ago).. mainstream djs were just beginning to dip into cdjs (back when pioneer launched the cdj100). most goa/psy djs were all cd, but thats because its hard to find good vinyl releases in those genres. i remember debating at the time when i was getting my equipment, but i opted for vinyl because it seemed as if cds would just compliment vinyl.. now, its definitely the other way around. if i were to start djing now, im almost certain id go cdj exclusive.. but i dont have the funds now to switch from vinyl to cd..
ahh who knows where this industry is going now. nothing really changes for 30 years, and then in 5 almost nothing is the same. you technology (but not really)

Did I tell you that I am the 34th Reincarnation of the famous Bongo Lama of Botswana and in 2012 I will cause a solar eclipse with my arse...
However, who's to say that the Mayans were wrong? Lots of stuff that we didn't even consider 20 years ago is with us today. The Mayans may have been maniacs or genius... time will tell. ;)

the reason why all the supposed top 10 don't use vinyl is because they don't care anymore....they fly all over the place, getting paid retarded money, and they are spinning constantly and want to keep it interesting by playing with new toys.....
its really a shame because alot of new dj's look at this and say this is the way to go.....it is indeed a way to go if you are a guy who is doing this for a living fulltime and flying all over the world ....i would bet that if the top 10 dj's stopped flying around and decided to do a weekly residency in there hometown club there vinyl would remain in the club till the didn't play there anymore....
if u have 5 year or more spinning and have fully engaged in vinyl and cd mixing and computer mixing and u had your choice.....i bet it would be vinyl.......it certainly will always be for me
i don't play out that much and its actually enjoyable for me to transport vinyl......i'm sure if i was flying around it would get old real quick......
and tell tiesto to STFU ...he's a fawking idiot and is done |

| ill only use cd to compliment vinyl...first of all if you tried scratching the kickbeat of a song on record and cd you will notice a difference in quality. i dj'd with the cdj-800 yesterday and was not impressed because if you have the start stop speed towards the middle you will year a "digital echo" when the song gets back to speed. Also i can't get the sound of a record stopping on the cdj800. i was playing with the start stop speed thing and for some reason i could not get the sound of when you press stop on a turntable. Also scratching on a cdj seems to be a bit trickier. I guess if you get used to it that it will be better. but since i get paid more to use vinyl records here in cali then forget cds (for now at least). |
