Hi, please take a listen to my newest track and let me know what you think. I accidentally posted it first on the dj forum and got some v good feedback for it, lets hope it does so well here.....

i would try to master it a bit more before you send it in...the melody & the lead could use some more clarity

Nice track, but I don't like the bassline.. At 1.12 you make the bassline more complex, but it gets too overwhelming imo. Try making the notes shorter for the bassline. I actually think that will make it MUCH more rolling :D
Also, I think some of the percussian-sounds are sounding a bit too Lo-Fi... Or is this a Lo-Fi sample maybe? :p At the takeoff, you should at least change the main Open hihat to a much more clashy one. It will make the track more energic!!!

thanks guys, glad you liked it, I will add cymbals and try use your comments for the best. I very much appreciate your help and replies, spot on.
Oh yeah, Jetflag, what do you mean by srx? Ive ran all sorts of words through my head and cant guess what it means :) |

| ok, if anyones interested I have posted an updated vers, Ive attacked the bass, added cyms and tightened some other little screws. You were right btw alex, I think the bass does sound better now, ta. |

Melody wise, nice track.
But in the technical part, the track overall sounds Lo-Fi, like if it was streamed at 64 Kbps. |

hello ian . nice track you got here ,nice ideas nad tempo on the tune,
can i recomend a chooped vocal at the buildup of the tune , make some girls sing long tones in the same scale as your base line and then use a choper. i love the stero vocals @ 02.10 thats the part of the song i like. if i was you i would use a few compresors to make the song more dynamic *dont overuse the compresor* i reaaly love the padwork . make some higher Eq´s on the main track when its all done so i doesent sounde like 64K streams. keep up the great work and pm me when done.
