Does everyone remember the master trick with the NES games to get them to work if they didnt load?
Slide in 98% of the way, Push game down against system edge, and it forcably goes into and down into the system, and voula... GAME ON!
:haha: :haha: |

After 16 years my NES still plays perfectly. I treated it with care. I still want to get one of those Top loader NES because it apparently last longer.
One of my friend who's a tech nut took his nes completely apart, soaked it in alcohol , dried all the parts back and put it back together to clean his out. His works fine. I didn't actually see him rebuild it so i don't know how plausible his story is. all i know is that Cobra Triangle works perfectly on it. |

Mann, I gave away my NES a couple years back, I kinda wish I still had it. Playing Contra or any of those NES games on an emulator on the PC just isnt the same. |

that was l33t!
and banging the cartridge against your tv too, if blowing doesn't work .. i broke my zelda game doing that .. :( ... and i almost broke my system when i accidentally slammed one of my games inside the console, because it wouldn't work .. :( ..
those were the days ..
kids nowadays have cheesy dvd discs ..
cartridges > dvd discs ...
why can't they put the dvd discs inside cartridges for the old timers like us .. :) |
