Mr Rogers
Hows it go'n guys/girls.
Im com'n down from Toronto Canada down to Lakewook Ohio from the 21st-23rd of October.
I was wondering what the biggest/best club there is to go around there. Trance,Techno, or house preferebly.
Any comments welcome of things to do around there or Cleveland.
Thanx in advance.
Mr Rogers
wow, is there really nothing to do in cleveland?
jdat
I don't live in Cleveland anymore.

In regards to headliners it's a little slow right now apparently but there's a lot of GOOD weeklies

check out http://www.clevelandnightlife.net/v...85e2a312e366503

you'll see all the upcoming events etc

I highly recommend checking out the weeklies by www.headrushmusic.com at Abbasso good progressive they even run their own record label .... unfortunately it appears it'll be the techno monthly that saturday so no headrushmusic party.

I checked as far as guests around the 22nd 23rd

John Arnold & Ayro @ Touch supper club. It's a real nice place and it just recently reopened after being closed for a year or so. These djs are more on soulful housey vibe.

Sunday:
This is a weekly at .. hum hum ... a gay club. That's considered the straight day of the week pretty much but don't be offended if you see guys holding hands.
Just talk to the djs ( Doug is real cool and he'll tell you who the cool people are :) )
This is a great place to chill out on a lazy sunday afternoon AND it's in lakewood!

4.30 - 7:30 : Doug Burkhart
7:30-11:00 : Rob's Guest
11:00-2:30 : Rob Black

Now in regards to Trance ... that's literally non existent in that city apart from when there's guests in town.

Hahaha... I'm from Cleveland, used to live in Lakewood, and Toronto is my favorite city in the whole wide world.

Yeah, Cleveland is about 10% of what Toronto is... no joke. Stay there.
reLLik
there is nothing, i posted same tread a week ago. with no help.
Mr Rogers
haha, ok. i guess i'll bring a radio and some booze
jdat
I guess you guys are idiots who can't read or are too close minded to pay attention to anything that doesn't fit your pre-formatted Trance format.

I gave you a number of suggestions which honestly barely came close to what to do. There's a lot of ways to have fun in this city but not in the same ways you would in other cities by seeing TOP 10 djmag headliners.
Compare this city to most of the comparably sized towns in the midwest and it's most certainly more vibrant.

Ironically you mention wanting to bring a radio ... to listen to what? The radio? I sure hope you meant to say you'd also be listening to cds. Cause if you're too dense to want to go out in town but prefer listening to garbage on the radio it's your loss.

Sorry I'm venting but I'm sick and tired of ignorant people who feel they are the authority on stating that a city has nothing happening when they are totally out of the loop and are not making a single effort to start something they themselves might appreciate.
