First time posting any music here in a long long time...hopefully much more will come, got about 3 or 4 other songs i'm working on atm besides this one.
So I was having trouble coming up with anything i liked and i decided i'd just think of a mood/memory and try to write something to go along with it. This came out after daydreaming about an afternoon i spent this summer on the beach of RI with my girlfriend...best day all summer. So yeah...definately a summer/beach-ey feel to it.

WOW this is really great stuff! I just found out that I still had 'Orion' on my hd. I like 'em both very much, and that after only 1 time listening, doesnt happen a lot lately =). It's just that they are very original imo, the melodies have this happy feel to them.
Actually I like orion the most, truly AMAZING man!
keep it up with this style, and plz make some more! =) |

i bit cheesy with the wave sample in the intro, but i suppose it provides a good context. the tune could really use a boost on the low end overall, can't hardly hear the bass. nice soothing melodies, though it starts to feel a little cluttered with melody around 2:50. good samples, good use of buildup/breakdown. feels like it is lacking a "main" melody... but still very nice chill track man. good start! ;)
