what do u think?good or bad decision?

How old were they? If they were like 8 I guess it somewhat makes sense, but still not. Anyway, why not take away the kids to care instead of jailing the parents? Or is it a way to make parents more careing? Interesting law anyway that parents can be responsible for their kids... But to me it seems like there could be many downsides of such law.

LOL, that would certainly be one. I was also thinking about some parents getting paranoid about their kids and getting really overprotecting which is never a good thing. Also there are many cases where it simply isn't the parents fault.

If the children are minors, it is the parents responsibility to watch them. But it depends on the circumstance. What did they do?

You have any more information on this? What kind of record did the parents have?

cry me a river.

the parents are in jail because they're bad parents. perhaps they should have lopped of the guys's testicles and removed the lady's ovaries instead.
